After a life of love and quiet grace, Marcia Hovaldt, 75, has passed.

These are the contours of a life that meant a great deal to many.

The story begins in 1943, with the arrival of a life that would be cherished by many.

Marcia spent her working life as ['various jobs in housekeeping'] — and was, by all accounts, loved by those who knew her best.

The bonds of those who served beside her are bonds that time does not loosen.
