It is with sorrow and gratitude that we mark the passing of Richard Mcconniel, 81, — sorrow at the loss, gratitude for the life.
Here is a glimpse of the life he lived, in his family's own remembrance.
Richard entered this world in 1938 — the start of a journey that would span 82 years.
Richard spent his working life as ['sheetrock finisher for many years'] — and was, by all accounts, loved by those who knew him best.
A long life is not measured in days but in the people gathered along the way.
