It is with sorrow and gratitude that we mark the passing of Ronald M. Viet, 70, — sorrow at the loss, gratitude for the life.

Here is a glimpse of the life he lived, in his family's own remembrance.

The story begins in 1951, with the arrival of a life that would be cherished by many.

Ronald spent his working life as ['carpenter for Cal Schmidt Construction and later on his own with Ronald M'] and held deeply to the Lutheran faith — and was, by all accounts, loved by those who knew him best.

Faith is the language some lives are written in. Ronald's was one.
