Lori Christensen, 60 of Parker, passed away on January 9, 2019 at Ava's House in Sioux Falls. A Memorial Service will be held at 7:00 PM Tuesday, January 15, 2019 at Hofmeister-Jones Funeral Home in Parker. Visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00 PM Tuesday at the Funeral Home. Lori Christensen, 60, of Parker, SD went to be with the Lord on January 9 surrounded by her family. Lori was born on 12/7/58 to Richard and Janet (Gardiner) Christensen in Sioux Falls, SD. She attended Washington high school. Lori was united in marriage with Tom Dreyer on September 13, 1975. They were blessed with two daughters, Chandra and Jamie. She worked over 30 years at Raven Industries in flow controls and later in sales. She was later united in marriage to Ward Fowler on June 3rd, 1988 and they were blessed with their pride and joy, Lindsey. She was very proud grandma to 8 grandsons and was anticipating her 1st granddaughter due in May of this year . She became a great grandma in December 2017 to a beautiful little girl, Nova. She met Denny Wildeboer 5 years ago and they were inseparable. She enjoyed the outdoors, gardening, camping, hunting, fishing, riding motorcycle, and four-wheeling with family and friends. She is survived by her significant other Denny Wildeboer, daughters Chandra (Eric) Knock, Jamie VanVliet (Brian) and Lindsey (Matt) Jungers, 8 grandsons, Bryce Knock, Hunter (Justyce) Knock, Garrett Knock, Matthew VanVliet, Seth VanVliet, Alex VanVliet, Jake VanVliet, Seamus Jungers, granddaughter due in May 2019 and great granddaughter Nova. She is proceeded in death by both her parents, Richard and Janet Christensen, and a niece Angie Fernandez.
