Paula entered this world in 1955 — the start of a journey that would span 60 years.
Paula spent her working life as ['the dietary department of the Good Samaritan Society'] — and was, by all accounts, loved by those who knew her best.
Time has its way of binding people together.
Paula Edwards, 60 of Ellsworth, KS and a native of Parker, SD died Thursday, May 21, 2015 at her home. Funeral services will be at 10:00am Wednesday, May 27, 2015 at Hofmeister Jones Funeral Home, Parker with burial in Rosehill Cemetery, Parker. Visitation will be from 6-8pm Tuesday evening at the funeral home. Paula Jean Schulte was born on January 11, 1955 at Sioux Falls, SD to Albert and Luella (Lueden) Schulte. She grew up at Parker and graduated from Parker High School in 1973. She lived for a number of years in Sioux Falls where she was employed at Raven Industries. For the past 25 years she has lived in Ellsworth, KS where she worked at the dietary department of the Good Samaritan Society, Ellsworth Village. Grateful for having shared her life are a brother Ronnie Schulte, Parker; 3 nephews, Jason, Eric, and Brian; 4 great nieces, Mia, Alyssa, Jillian, and Everly; and a great nephew, Landin. She was preceded in death by her parents.
