Pam Johns, 60, has gone home, leaving behind a circle of those who loved her.

A life is more than dates on a stone; here is a small portion of her story.

Born in 1964, Pam began a life that would touch many along the way.

To raise a child is to give the world a future. Pam did this with care.

Pam Johns, 60 of Parker, passed away at her home on February 19, 2025. Memorial Service will be at 10:00 AM Tuesday, February 25, 2025 at the First Church of Monroe. Visitation will be from 5:00-7:00 PM Monday, February 24, 2025 at Hofmeister-Jones Funeral Home, Parker. Arrangements provided by Hofmeister-Jones Funeral Home. Pamela Jo (Muller) Johns was born in Freeman, SD on October 5th, 1964, to Roger Muller and Marlene (Knudsen) Smith. Pam married William (Bill) Johns on June 20th, 1986, on the Johns family farm. Pam and Bill resided in Parker until moving to the family farm where they raised their 3 children Samara, Conrad, and Ethan. Pam worked many years at Hilltop Nursing Home in Parker as a CNA, Housekeeper, and Activities Director. She also worked at Midland Insurance and at Charlie's Drive Inn. Pam loved to plant flowers in the spring and watch them grow over the summer, asparagus hunting in the spring was a must even though she would get poison ivy almost every year. She also liked to fish with her kids, grandkids and many other family members. Pam's favorite time of year was Halloween, and she made sure to have the house decorated and was always excited to get new décor to add to her collection. She also loved the Grinch and collected anything and everything related to the Grinch. The Green Bay Packers were also at the top of her favorite list. Pam was a member of The First Church of Monroe and was an active in the Ladies Guild. She is survived by her Husband Bill, Children Samara (Mike) Erickson, Conrad (Meagan) Johns, Ethan Johns (Teresa). Grandchildren Natalie, Jacob, Aliya, Tristen, Taya, Jared, Liberty, and Landon. Great Grandchildren Harvey and Everly. Mother-in-Law Martha Johns, Parents Roger and Chereen Muller, Siblings Mike (Cora) Lund, Tim (Ann) Lund, Charles (Shelly) Muller, Paul (Dawn) Muller. Aunts and Uncles Elaine (Greg) Schimkat, Sheryl (David) Hamilton, Cynthia Knudsen, Roger Knudsen, Scott Knudsen and Timothy Knudsen, and Judy Muller. Brothers in Law Alfred (Dianah) Christ, Ben Christ, Sister-in-Law Diane (Mike) Kieser and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her Mother Marlene, Grandparents Agena and Merlin Knudsen, Jeanette and Donald Muller, Uncles Doug Knudsen, Ron Muller, Nephew Gerard Muller, and Father-in-Law Wilbert Johns.
